  We are based in Canberra, Australia. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse here.

• When will my order paid through Afterpay be sent to me? 
  Afterpay is a payment method only and should not change any processes regarding dispatch or delivery. Shipping times and costs can be found on our shipping page.

• What payment methods can I use? 
  We accept visa and mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay.
• My delivery was broken/wrong/not what I thought it was, what do I do? 
  Contact us via email returns@theallergyalley.com, please quote your order number and reason for refund/return request.
• I can’t find a product that I’m looking for, how can I put in a special order?
