Domestic Shipment processing time

All Australian orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Express Chocolate Shipping includes an icepack and special insulated packaging. Please note that while this will help to keep your parcel cool in transit, we do not offer any guarantees or replacements for melted or damaged chocolate. 

Delivery times are ESTIMATES ONLY. Our courier services are experiencing delays at the moment due to limited flights, social distancing legislation and the increase in volume. Any delays caused are completely beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.


The Allergy Alley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the applicable courier directly to process your claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping international to New Zealand only. For all other countries see below.

New Zealand INT’L Standard | 7-21 business days | <1kg $20AUD, 1kg – 1.99kg $30AUD, over 2kg please contact us for a fee estimate.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Due to limited flights and flights being cancelled, shipping may be significantly delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control and we appreciate your understanding.

Rest of the world
Unfortunately due to covid-19 and limited flights, sending parcels overseas has become quite pricey. If you are shopping from the following areas and would like to order with us, please send an email through to sales@theallergyalley to get an estimate on delivery fees.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Allergy Alley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
